Don’t let your floor

Specialized one-on-one pelvic floor physical therapy focused on helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to daily life with confidence.

About Dr. Lisa Pan, PT, DPT

Hi, I’m Lisa Pan, PT. I’m a licensed physical therapist with over 10 years of experience treating orthopedic, neurologic, and pelvic floor conditions across outpatient and home health settings throughout Northern Virginia.

Over the past several years, I developed a passion for pelvic floor physical therapy after seeing how many patients struggled silently with symptoms such as pelvic pain, urinary leakage, postpartum weakness, and core dysfunction.

I created Pan Physical Therapy to provide individualized, one-on-one care in a calm and supportive environment where patients feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout their recovery process.

My treatment approach combines hands-on therapy, movement retraining, strengthening, education, and functional rehabilitation to help patients return to daily activities with greater comfort and confidence.
