  • Our PT is Direct Access licensed, meaning you can see us prior to receiving a referral from your medical doctor.

    However, we can provide a superbill or a detailed receipt for insurance reimbursement at the end of your treatment session that you may submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.

    We accept HSA/FSA cards, all major credit cards, checks, and Venmo for payment.

  • Cash-based care allows for longer one-on-one sessions, individualized treatment, flexible scheduling, and care focused entirely on the patient without insurance-driven limitations.

  • Internal pelvic floor assessments are only performed when clinically appropriate and always with patient consent.

    Treatment plans are individualized, and patients are never required to participate in any treatment they are uncomfortable with.

  • Comfortable clothing that allows easy movement is recommended.

  • Initial evaluations and follow-up visits are typically scheduled one-on-one for approximately 60 minutes.

  • Yes. Mobile or home physical therapy visits may be available in select Northern Virginia areas including Springfield and Alexandria.
